Purchased more land in Thailand

 Yesterday, June 27th, I did so. It's 1.5 Rai, right behind my house, in Lom Sak. So it will increase the overall size of my land, while preserving the view of the mountains in the background.

Originally, the plan was I was to buy 1 Rai behind my house for 450 000 baht, but the seller offered me an extra half Rai for an extra 75000 baht. Since I sold my Lom Kao land/house 2 weeks ago, I thought why not use some of that money and invest in an extra half Rai.

Nothing much more to say, I show it on YouTube, but I'll add a screenshot of it below.

Plan is me and my father will use that land to grow stuff, can rent out some of the land to farmers, sell and donate what we grow. Immediately behind my house, I'll use a small patch of that land and fill it with beach style sand and put a small pool, palm trees and umbrella for shade, so it'll be a nice outdoor eating area.
